1 cup fresh parsley 2 tablespoons dried herbs de provence 4 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar a couple shakes of red pepper flakes a couple shakes of smoked paprika ¾ cup of extra virgin olive oil Put everything in a food processor except the olive oil. Process it until smooth. Combine everything from the food processor in a bowl with the olive oil. Mix it together and add some salt and pepper. Let this sit a couple hours before you use it but use it now if you forgot to do it in advance.
