1 cup of smoked paprika 4 cups of canola oil 1) Add the smoked paprika and half of the oil to a saucepan. Cook over medium high heat until the spices float to the top of the oil and begin to sizzle. Remove from heat. 2) Once it cools down, taste the oil to see if it tastes like smoked paprika! If it doesn’t, try the heating and cooling process again.
