Mishmash Marinade

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger

  • ¼ cup reduced sodium soy sauce

  • ¼ rice vinegar

  • ¼ sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • squirt of your favorite hot sauce (sriracha, chili garlic sauce, green dragon sauce)

Combine all this in a container/ziploc and add to anything that can be marinaded. Top round “london broil”, chicken cutlets, pork tenderloin, carrots, green beans, whatever. Adjust the amounts to the flavors you like the most.
