3 tablespoons fresh store bought pico de gallo
2 limes, a couple of tablespoons of juice
1 teaspoon Chili Lime seasoning
1) Cut each avocado in half from top to bottom. Throw away the pit. Cut each half from top to bottom so you have four pieces of avocado with the skin still intact. This helps to easily peel as much of the avocado out of it’s skin and into a bowl as possible. Do that for all four.
2) Add the pico de gallo, lime juice and chili lime powder. Mash with a fork so it’s well combined but still has some chunks in it for texture. Eat it all within 3 minutes or it will go bad.
