Crock Pot Crunchy Tacos
2 pounds ground beef (90%+ lean ratio)
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon herbs de provence
1 small sweet onion, minced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
¼ cup bell pepper, minced
1½ cup tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
optional: ¼ cup hot sauce (like this)

Taco Toppings! Shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, guac, pico, whatever you’re into.
1) Heat a couple tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper
2) Once the beef is no longer pink, add all the dry seasonings to the ground beef as well as the onion, garlic and bell pepper. Cook for a few minutes until the veggies get soft
3) Transfer the ground beef and veggies to the crock pot. Add the tomato sauce and bay leaf and hot sauce if using. Let it cook in the crock pot on high for three hour or low for six hours. Take the bay leaf out before eating
4) Make a taco!
