Creamy Horseradish Sausage & Pepper Tacos

  • ½ mayo

  • 2 tablespoons fresh ground horseradish

  • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning

  • 1 sweet onion, sliced thin

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced thin

  • 4 sausage links, whatever your favorite is unless it’s like Maple Blueberry Cinnamon and Apples or something then just buy kielbasa

  • 1 lime

  • shredded cheddar cheese

  • corn tortillas

1) To make the horseradish sauce, add the first three ingredients together and mix it up. That’s done

2) Slice each sausage length wise. Over medium heat in a pan with olive oil brown each side for about five minutes

3) Remove sausages from the pan. Turn the heat to high and add more oil. Add the onion and pepper and cook, stirring often enough so nothing burns, about another five minutes. Squeeze the lime juice over it all. It’s done

4) Warm a tortilla up and build your taco. Sausage, peppers and onions, cheese and creamy horseradish sauce
