Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (rotisserie chicken is an easy shortcut here)

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, I use an Onion and Chive flavor

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled

  • 4 ounces vinegar based buffalo sauce like Frank’s (or something better than Frank’s like this)

1) Preheat oven to 350

2) Mix everything together in a baking dish

3) Bake for 20 minutes until it’s hot and bubbly
