Olive Sauce

  • 1 cup mix of green olives and kalamata olives (please don’t eat the pits, get rid of those)

  • 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro

  • 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley

  • ½ cup mayo

  • 1 whole lemon, juiced

  • 1 teaspoon of herbs de provence

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1) Put everything in a food processor and blend until smooth. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour or however long you can let it sit before you want to eat it all.
