1 cup mix of green olives and kalamata olives (please don’t eat the pits, get rid of those)
1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro
1⁄4 cup fresh parsley
½ cup mayo
1 whole lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon of herbs de provence
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1) Put everything in a food processor and blend until smooth. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour or however long you can let it sit before you want to eat it all.
