This week I will be focusing on food you can prepare during a hurricane.

1 can of tuna fish
1 portion of guacamole to taste or one avocado (if using an avocado throw in some of that Chili Lime seasoning from the guac post)
1 pita pocket
1) Cut the pita pocket length wise so you can stuff it.
2) Mix the tuna fish and guacamole or avocado together. Put it in the pita! We can now go back to staring at the wall.
