Hard Boiled Eggs

  • 6 eggs

  • That’s it

1) Put eggs in a bowl of warm water for five minutes to bring them to room temperature

2) Fill a pot with cold water about six inches deep

3) Put the eggs in the water carefully because they are eggs and you know they break easy

4) Turn the heat all the way up. Once the first biggish bubble pokes its head to the surface turn the heat off, put a lid on the pot and let them sit in the hot water on the burner for fifteen minutes

5) Fill another bowl with cold water and ice cubes

6) After the fifteen minutes, transfer the eggs to the cold water and let them sit in it for five more minutes

7) Peel the eggs. Don’t eat the shell. Now eat
